2. Placing an Order

When you place an order through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email outlining the details of your purchase.

All orders are subject to availability.

3. Products

All artwork sold on this website is original hand-painted watercolour artwork.

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, or detail may occur. This is part of the nature of original artwork.

Product photographs aim to represent the artwork as accurately as possible, however colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order using the payment methods available at checkout.

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will usually be dispatched within 14 days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services.

Once your order has been delivered, the item becomes your responsibility.

If a parcel requires a signature, this will confirm delivery and receipt of the item.

6. Consumer Cancellation Rights

Under UK consumer law, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the item.

To exercise this right, please contact us at left_onthe_shelf@outlook.com. You then have 14 days to return the item to us.

Returned items must be:

unused
in their original condition
returned in appropriate packaging

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will offer either:

a replacement (if available), or
a full refund

Reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed for faulty items.

8. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers may be used to purchase products available on the website.

They:

cannot be exchanged for cash
are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
are non-transferable

If an order value exceeds the gift voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid at checkout.
