Shipping Policy

How It Works

I aim to dispatch orders within 2 to 7 working days, depending on whether your item requires personalised lettering or custom colours not currently in stock.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your total order and will be shown at checkout. If you’d like to check postage costs before placing an order, feel free to email me at left_onthe_shelf@outlook.com.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or a trusted courier through Parcel2Go, depending on size and destination.

Returns Policy

How It Works

 

I hope you love your purchase, but if there’s a problem, I’m here to help.

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery to let me know you would like to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to me.

​

To be eligible for a return:

​

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, where possible

  • Proof of purchase is required

​

Please note that custom or personalised items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or an error has been made by me.

Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your card provider, as it may take some time before the refund appears

  • Contact your bank, as processing times can vary

Exchanges
I only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need to request an exchange for the same item, please email left_onthe_shelf@outlook.com and post your item to:
